For doctors we hire, our ideal training pathway includes an extended training program at our Iowa campus for up to six months. This gives new doctors the opportunity to become immersed in our systems, philosophy, clinical approach, and culture before stepping fully into their long-term role.
Not a hard requirement. The ability to complete this training is highly valued, but we understand that circumstances can vary and it is not a requirement for every candidate.
